We are not an REO (Real Estate Owned) site. If you are looking for REOs call your realtor. He or she can provide you with numerous REO’s or “handyman” properties available on the multiple listing service (MLS). If you prefer, visit
www.hud.gov,
www.resales.usda.gov, or
www.homesales.gov for HUD, VA, USDA and other government owned properties. Your realtor or these websites can provide you with all the REO’s you would ever want FOR FREE. There is no need to pay for this information. The reality is very few, if any of these properties are actual “deals,” and if it is a government owned property, good luck getting it purchased as an “investor.”

Not enough? Google “foreclosure listing,” almost 1.7 million sites come up. Most of these sites provide a lot of REO, foreclosure, and pre-foreclosure information nationwide. Do you really want to pay for information in states where you are not interest in doing business? Again, you can get REO information for free from your realtor or the websites listed above.
The foreclosure and pre-foreclosure information is extremely dated. It’s weeks or more likely months old. Some of the information they are selling as current is actual properties that have already been purchased months ago. Many have already been resold.
Is that the type of information you want to spend your money on?
If you go deep enough into the Google listings you will find somewhat current pre-foreclosure, but only pre-foreclosure information in Bernalillo County, for $50 to $80 dollars a month.
